Accessibility statement

YusRide is a non-emergency accessible mobility service. Accessibility is a product requirement here, not a service preference.

Conformance target

WCAG 2.2 AA across the public website and the rider booking flow. Conformance is verified before each release, and known gaps are published here with a remediation date.

Assistive technology tested

Screen readers, large text and reflow at 200%, keyboard-only operation, switch access and voice input. Colour is never the only signal for status, error or compatibility.

Booking safeguards

Hard safety incompatibility cannot be overridden in the booking flow. Compatibility results are stated in text, and every state change is announced, not implied by motion.

Reporting a barrier

Report any barrier to the operations desk. Accessibility complaints are logged separately from service ratings and are answered within two working days.
